Drains shared with neighbours and public sewers usually belong to the water company, which in most of Essex is Anglian Water. If you're not sure, we can investigate and tell you where the problem is.
Often, yes. After a CCTV survey shows the damage, many cracks, root intrusions and displaced joints can be fixed with a patch liner or full-length relining. If the pipe has collapsed, we'll excavate and replace that section.
